ACV Tumeric Juice Concentrate is only a brief reminder to:
- make it regularly
- what goes in, generally
This is a very simple health juice.
I used to make this differently (I didn’t use the blender), but with the same ingredients. However this way is faster and easier.
Ingredients
- lemon or just lemon juice
- ginger
- turmeric (fresh or powder)
- * black pepper
- ACV (Apple Cider Vinegar)
- (opt) honey – to taste
- (opt) kombucha
Can be stored in the fridge and used like you would a cordial, daily.
Note: * Always use black pepper with turmeric. It has been said that black pepper (or rather, piperine in black pepper) increased the health benefits of turmeric (or rather, the curcumin, by up to 2,000% !!!)
