This was my mommy’s recipe and a family favourite. I don’t have time to write this up so I will just include the imaged-recipe which was written and drawn up by my brother, Alex.
This was the only time (3 Nov 2019) when I managed to produce this dish where it was a good approximation of mom’s dish. In the past, it never quite worked. And now .. I think I am going vegan so I will probably never make this again!

I did add:
- 3 candlenuts, processed (for oil)
- more hot chillies
