INGREDIENTS
(A)
Mix tog.
- 1.5C (chicken/veg) stock
- ½T Shaoxing wine (cooking wine)
- garlic x2; minced
- ginger ½ tsp; grated
- toasted sesame seed – 1tsp
- salt – ¼ tsp
- sugar – pinch
(B) Thickener
Mix together and set aside. Stir before using.
- 1.75 T cornstarch
- Some water
Steps (summary)
- Heat (A) in pot; med heat
- When boiling, slowly pour in (B)
- Heat off when mixture boils and thickens.
