Below is short-hand version for myself.

INGREDIENTS
main
( not as good, but can substitute with turnip leaves, or kale)
- daikon leaves (from one med. plant) – washed, drained, thinly cut into small pieces (stake an and all!)
- Sesame oil 1T
- Toasted sesame seeds 2tsp
(A) Seasoning
mix tog
- mirin 1T
- Soy sauce 1T
- Sugar/sweetener alt. 1tsp
- Salt 1/8 tsp
Steps (summary)
- Heat sesame oil – Med heat.
- Add Daikon Leaves. Saute till wilted and mixed thoroughly.
- Add seasoning (A)
- Low heat – simmer till sauce almost gone
- Add sesame seeds
- Cook a bit longer to dry further.
- Heat off. Into container to cool.
Notes
- Refrigerate up to 4-5 days
- To make furikake drier and crunchier, Air Fry @ 140C/5mins. Adj to get crispiness desired.
