Ingredients
- Oil 1C /250ml
- ACV 2T (or Lemon juice)
- mustard 1 tsp (or mustard powder)
- salt 1/2 tsp
- hon dashi 1/2 tsp (or Miso paste)
- sugar – pinch
- egg yolk 3
Steps
Blend all together at once, till thick and creamy.
