- Long beans
- eggplant
- tofu/tempeh

- cabbage
- carrot
- cucumber /zucchini
- celery
STEPS
- Med. Heat. Fry (A) till fragrant (apprx. 5mins)
- + (B), fry 1min
- + (C). Bring to boil.
- + (D). Lower to simmer. Cook till veg ready.
