This is just basic scones – for when you just want something easy, quick, and non-fussy. I didn’t add in optional nuts or dried fruits. I baked them in Fillip, the Air Fryer.
Original Recipe from: taste.com.au’s Basic Scones.
I also referenced Jamie Oliver’s YouTube, “How to Make Scones” and used a combination of both for a non-fussy, slightly rustic look.
Below is just my short-hand version for myself.

Tip: I put aside some unbaked scones in the fridge. But scones cannot really be kept this way. They turn into biscuits rather than scones when baked later!!!
